End User License Agreement

Pixel 5 STUDIO LP (PIXEL5) hereby gives you a non-exclusive license to use the
software Arydox: Project Golden Hawk (the Software).

DEMO VERSION
------------------------
You may:
- install and use an unlimited number of copies of the Software;
- copy the Software for archival or distributional purposes.

You may not:
- sublicense, rent or lease the Software or any portion of it;
- decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or modify the Software or any portion of it;
- copy the documentation accompanying the Software.
LICENSED VERSION
--------------------------------
You may:
- install and use one copy of the Software on a single computer;
- use the Software on a second computer as long as the primary user of each
copy is the same person and not use more than one copy simultaneously;
- copy the Software for archival purposes only, provided any copy contains all
of the original Softwares proprietary notices.

You may not:
- permit other individuals to use the Software except under the terms listed
above;
- decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or modify the Software or any portion of it;
- create derivative works based on the Software;
- copy the Software (except as specified above);
- rent, lease, transfer or otherwise transfer rights to the Software;
- remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.

TERMINATION
----------------------
The license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the
limitations described above. On termination, you must destroy all copies of the
Software and Documentation.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. PIXEL5 DISCLAIMS
ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON INFRINGEMENT. THE
ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE AND
DOCUMENTATION REMAINS WITH LICENSEE.

TITLE, OWNERSHIP RIGHTS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS IN AND TO THE SOFTWARE
SHALL REMAIN IN PIXEL5. THE SOFTWARE IS PROTECTED BY INTERNATIONAL COPYRIGHT
TREATIES.
